The PDF of Naval Ravikant
I condensed and rearranged Ravikant's ideas using a more practical driver-cart-horse analogy (and because The Almanack put the cart before the horse.)
1. The Driver - Knowledge: Ravikant talks about developing "specific knowledge" which is the process of identifying your intrinsic interests.
2. The Horse - Happiness: Once you have specific knowledge, the chances of leading a fulfilling life greatly increase regardless of your economics.
3. The Cart - Wealth: With specific knowledge and life satisfaction in hand, you can focus on combining them into a career with like-minded people that leverages your specific expertise.
Anything you’re given doesn’t matter. Your real résumé is just a catalog of all your suffering. You have to do hard things anyway to create your own meaning in life. Making money is a fine thing to choose. Go struggle.
